Biography
Dr. Adare Toral is a licensed professional clinical counselor and trauma specialist in private practice. For about the last 10 years she has served as a drug and alcohol counselor and therapist in forensic settings and locked facilities including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, jails, and juvenile halls. Dr. Adare operates a private practice and utilizes trauma techniques including EMDR and somatic therapy while providing clinical supervision to associate therapists. She is also a threat assessment professional who completed research and provides training on warning behaviors for mass violence. Outside of work, she enjoys cold brew coffee, yoga, and crafting.
