Biography

Dr. Arcuri is an assistant professor in the Clinical Psychology PsyD program. Dr. Arcuri completed her predoctoral internship at Princeton House Behavioral Health- Penn Medicine and went on to complete her postdoctoral fellowship at Potomac Behavioral Solutions. She earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School, Washington DC and her BA in Psychology from Utica University. Clinically, Dr. Arcuri utilizes a variety of evidence-based interventions while treating children, adolescents, young adults and families contending with eating disorders, anxiety and mood related concerns, including non-suicidal self-injury and suicidality, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body focused repetitive behaviors, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Her research interests expand upon these clinical concerns, and also include ways to enhance the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based treatments (EBTs), therapeutic integration of EBTs and methods that may reduce stigmatization and inherent biases amongst healthcare providers and support persons.
