Biography
Dr. Chivon Niziolek has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2013 and brings extensive experience across a variety of clinical settings, including schools, clinics, and residential programs. She is deeply committed to delivering high-quality behavior analytic services and advancing best practices in supervision and training.
Dr. Niziolek's research interests include contingency management, choice-making processes (e.g., choice overload, irrational decision-making), and effort. She also has a strong background in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and has led clinical teams through the implementation of evidence-based performance management and systems analysis strategies. Her work centers on applying behavioral principles to improve outcomes for both clients and professionals across service delivery systems.
