Biography

Dr. Holly J. Barszcz, Ph.D., BCBA-D, IBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level, International Behavior Analyst, and Director of Clinical Training for the Applied Behavior Analysis program with the Online Campus. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She earned one MA in Special Education and an additional MA in Cognitive and Social Processing, both from Ball State University. She also earned one BA in Psychology and one BA in Communication Arts, both from Indiana University. She has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in behavior disorders, early intervention/education, and autism.

Dr. Barszcz is a full member for the Association for Behavior Analysis International and is a member of both the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis and Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. Dr. Barszcz has worked in supported living sites, group home settings, and clinics with both children and adults with developmental disabilities. Furthermore, Dr. Barszcz has extensive experience working with adults with maladaptive behaviors that have transitioned from institutional living into group home settings. Most recently, she worked with children diagnosed with autism in an ABA-based clinic. Her research interests include autism, strategies used for reduction of maladaptive behaviors, behavioral assessment and intervention, and effective supervision strategies.
