Biography
Julie Benesh, PhD, MFA, has consulted to various industries for over 20 years while also spending more than a decade leading the Organizational Development function in an academic medical center and serving as practitioner faculty in their Health Systems Management (HSM) program. In her OD capacity she developed organizational leaders, talent, systems, and teams to support culture change and associated financial turnaround, infrastructure transformation, stakeholder satisfaction, and employee engagement. Prior to entering the healthcare industry Julie held a senior management position with a Chicago social service agency and worked as an educational researcher at the University of Illinois. Julie holds a certificate in organizational interventions from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She presents frequently at global, national, and regional conferences including International Leadership Association (ILA), Academy of Management (AOM), OD Network (ODN), and Council for Adult and Experiential and Learning (CAEL).
