Please describe your teaching philosophy. As an instructor, my teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education is not just about transferring knowledge but about fostering an environment where students feel valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential. I aim to create a space that encourages open, consistent, and transparent communication, where every student feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and perspectives. Essentially, my teaching philosophy is centered around creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where communication, accountability and respect are the foundation for student success. By nurturing diversity of thought and fostering an atmosphere of kindness and fun, I hope to inspire my students to not only learn but to become lifelong learners who approach the world with curiosity and an open mind.
