Biography

Dr. Katy Kleinfeldt is Affiliate Faculty, Associate Professor instructing in the Ph.D. program of Business Psychology and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Kleinfeldt has over 25 years of executive human Resources experience with a proven record of accomplishments in organizational change management, employee development and operations efficiency. Industry experience includes manufacturing, legal, accounting (Big 4), telecommunications and healthcare. Dr. Kleinfeldt teaches PhD students in business psychology and organizational leadership and supervises doctoral dissertation researchers. She has demonstrated experience in delivering curriculum to assess and improve student learning; relating to and communicating with students to encourage participation; combining analytical skills with work experience and innovation to disseminate real-world application; and the ability to measure student learning outcomes.
