Biography

Makesha Jones-Chambers, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working in the field of mental health for over 20 years. She completed her doctorate in Forensic Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in 2004. Dr. Jones-Chambers is currently working for the LA County Dept. of Mental Health (LACDMH) as a program manager for a children's mental health clinic. During her 17 years with LACDMH, she has served as a project lead for the development of programs supporting sexually exploited youth and LGBTQ+ youth. Dr. Jones-Chambers has been teaching as an adjunct faculty for TCSPP-Clinical Forensic Dept. since 2011.
