Biography

Mark Zinn has been with The Chicago School since 2022, as adjunct professor for the department of Clinical Psychology. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology at DePaul University, with Dr. Leonard Jason as mentor. He has published numerous studies using novel quantitative EEG methods (QEEG) to explore the underlying neurophysiology of patients with post-viral fatigue syndromes. His research has explored the linkage between subtle changes in brain connectivity and specific networks underlying impairment (cognitive, pain, stress, autonomic, etc.). He is currently working to trace objective neurobiological indicators which can practically be used in diagnosis and targeted treatments in clinical settings.
