Biography

Martin is a leadership and organization development consultant, working primarily with Fortune 500 companies over the last 30 years, whose specialties include: executive coaching for individuals and senior executive teams, action research/learning, teambuilding, participatory strategic planning, retreat design and facilitation, and application of Gestalt psychotherapy theory to organizational concerns.

He has taught qualitative research methods to PhD students in organization and management and supervised doctoral dissertation researchers since 2003. Prior to TCSPP, he worked full-time in a research methods department to support an Organization & Management PhD program.

Dialogue (Buber, Rogers, Freire) is his area of practice, research, and writing. He takes a dialogical (relational) approach to organization and leadership development, teaching, and research methods.
