Biography
Dr. Natalie LaDuke is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She earned her doctoral degree in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, where her research centered on supporting marginalized students, including those experiencing homelessness and transgender youth. Dr. LaDuke previously served as a school psychologist in a suburban high school, where she led the implementation of school-wide mental health screenings and social-emotional learning initiatives across the district. She is now an Associate Professor teaching courses on the dissertation process, school-based mental health supports, and neurodiversity. Her current research and consultation efforts focus on the evolving role of the school psychologist and burnout support and prevention.
