Biography
Oded Shezifi, Psy.D., RPT-S, is a licensed psychologist, registered play therapist-supervisor, and trauma-informed therapist. He has more than two decades of clinical experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families in private practice, schools, community mental health, and residential settings.
Dr. Shezifi's clinical and teaching interests include psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, trauma-informed treatment, mindfulness-based approaches, child and adolescent development, clinical interviewing, and the integration of insight-oriented psychotherapy with contemplative practice. He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology with a psychodynamic emphasis from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant University and completed advanced training in play therapy, contemporary psychoanalytic psychotherapy, traumatic stress studies, and mindfulness teaching.
