Biography

Rain Newbold-Coco, Ph.D., BCBA-D, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has worked as a clinician and mental health agency administrator. Dr. Newbold-Coco has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various home, school, and community settings.

Her applied interests include topics related to effective and practical ABA interventions with vulnerable populations and staff and caregiver training. Dr. Newbold-Coco is passionate about providing parents and caregivers with practical, effective, and culturally responsive ABA methodologies. Dr. Newbold-Coco prioritizes empathetic, client-centered care as she is also the proud parent of a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
