Biography
Dr. Sara Golomb currently serves as an Interim Program Chair and as an Associate Professor with the Applied Clinical Psychology program. Dr. Golomb is dually licensed as both a school and clinical psychologist, with national certification in school psychology. She completed her pre- and post-doctoral education in Illinois, with an emphasis in pediatric neuropsychology, and has been working as a graduate educator in both school and clinical psychology. She is also actively involved with the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). She is a reviewer for programs seeking NASP accreditation and is a member of the NASP Graduate Education Committee.
Dr. Golomb's research interests stem from influences on identity development (e.g. culture, language, trauma, stress/resilience, body image); education & supervision; sports, exercise, & performance psychology
