Biography

Dr. Clomax is a Licensed Clinical & Forensic Psychologist. She received her doctoral degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her internship at Mississippi State Hospital, where she also served as Chief Resident. During her internship, she completed rotations in forensics, substance use, and child/adolescent psychology. She then completed an ABFP-approved postdoctoral fellowship in forensic psychology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences/Arkansas State Hospital. During her fellowship, Dr. Clomax completed adult and juvenile forensic evaluations.

Dr. Clomax has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in correctional, community, psychiatric, and outpatient forensic settings. In addition to teaching, Dr. Clomax works as a staff psychologist at the Cook County Juvenile Court Clinic where she completes child protection and juvenile justice evaluations. Dr. Clomax is also a member of the American Psychology-Law Society, where she serves as chair of the Early Career Professional Committee.
