Biography

Dr. Victor Jordan, recently retired from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation as a Chief of Mental Health. He has been an active member and consultant to various crisis response teams for 25 years. He has served as a Court Appointed Medical Expert for 20 years. He continues to practice as an Adjunct Professor in American Psychological Association (APA) Accredited institutions and has recently published in a scientific journal. He has provided administrative oversight for diverse professionals and clinical operations, providing quality treatment to thousands of diverse patients, including families, seriously mentally ill patients, traumatic brain injury patients, and the homeless, and creating memorable educational experiences for students. He is an influential leader with a doctorate in clinical psychology, a record of building diligent, high-performance teams, and wealth of experience across private and public organizations with an emphasis on customer service. Passion for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to accomplish goals, successfully maneuver and operate in emergencies, and approach the most complex challenges with innovative considerations.
