Biography
Dr. Nowlin joined The Chicago School in 2019. He is an adjunct professor in the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and the M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology programs. He is a former business dean at Governors State University in Illinois and Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and an associate dean of business at Argosy University in Pennsylvania. He is also a former vice president of the U. S. Business School in Prague (Czech Republic).
Dr. Nowlin maintained a dispute resolution practice until recently. He served as a mediator, conciliator, or arbitrator in employment disputes in the private and federal sectors and local governments. He is an advisory board member of the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Crofton, MD.
Dr. Nowlin is the author of more than 30 articles on workplace issues published in academic and professional journals
