Join us for an interactive presentation presented by Dr. Travis Johnson on leadership development in the Marriage and Family Therapy profession. Participants will complete a DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) questionnaire and explore practical leadership competencies connected to real-world roles in systemic practice, supervision, program development, and professional service.
The session will also include brief reflections, small-group case discussions, and an action-planning exercise to help participants strengthen and apply their leadership potential.
