Join Melanie Potuznik as she shares her journey from earning a Certificate of Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School to launching Melanie Potuznik Consulting, where she now supports faith-based nonprofits through strategic leadership and consulting.
Through Bruce Mabee’s ½ Hour Strategic Plan and Peter Block’s consulting methodologies, Melanie will explore strategic planning, relational teamwork, internal and external consulting, and building a consulting practice. Participants will also gain insights into addressing organizational challenges and creating new possibilities for the future.
