Sittercity.com is America’s largest, most easily accessible database for babysitters and nannies. The website offers 100,00 caregivers for 20 major markets

Childcarecenter.us currently provides a total of 119,348 licensed childcare centers and 157,105 home daycare providers. Find providers in you zip code; or use the map to browse by state, county, city, etc.

Care.com is an online marketplace for childcare, senior care, special needs care, tutoring, pet care and housekeeping. Browse services, rates experience and more. Offers in-depth profiles with reviews and references.

National Association for the Education for Young Children (NAEYC)  a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research. 

Childcare Aware helps families learn more about the elements of quality childcare and how to locate programs in their communities

National Parent Helpline 24-hour emotional support form trained advocates focused on empowering parents

Center for Parent Information & Resources Serves families of children with disabilities

Fussy Baby Network This network, run through the Erikson Institute, offers parents of fussy babies assistance and support through hotline, home visits and parent support groups. They take calls from around the world, and the call is free. An infant specialist will guide families caring for fussy babies. Consultations are available in English and Spanish

Child Safety Guide A law office put together this useful site, with “tips to Keep Kids Safe at Home, School, Outdoors & Travel.”

Kids in Danger This organization tracks child product recalls, distributors information on unsafe products (including those ‘hand me downs’ that may have been recalled but the information about them in no longer up)
