Marie Hansen, J.D., Ph.D., Vice Chair
Dean, College of Business and the New England School of Communications at Husson University
Dr. Marie Hansen is the Dean of the College of Business and NESCom at Husson University, where she has worked since 2003 and been Dean since 2013. She teaches business, criminal justice, and legal studies, and has developed training programs for businesses. Dr. Hansen presents on emotional intelligence, leadership, and strategic planning, and is also the COO for WPI Leadership, providing executive coaching and training.

Victoria Dolan is an experienced financial and business leader having worked at the Colgate-Palmolive Company, Marriott International, Inc., and The Coca-Cola Company. Having since retired as CFO of Revlon, Inc., she spends her time on various boards including the Boards of Directors of Instacart (CART) and is Chair of the Audit Committee and of Ranpak (PACK) where she is also Chair of the Audit Committee. Her past board experience includes Stericycle, Inc. (SRCL) (Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees) and as a Board Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors of Ocean Spray (Vice Chair of the Audit Committee, and Compensation and Development Committees). In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees of JASA (Jewish Association Serving the Aging) and serves on the Program and Nominating & Governance Committees and as Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.
